Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned to Raydiance Naomi Hair Care due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not available for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Raydiance Naomi Hair Care is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Raydiance Naomi Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
